External presentation in working group

A special lecture on electrolysis, focusing on future energy scenarios, was held by Marcel Fiebrandt from Thyssengas on the 25th of February 2022 at 10:00 (online). In this talk, a brief overview of the future energy system scenarios and their implications on the industrial, mobility, and heating sector was given. Afterwards, the options of producing hydrogen was discussed and which equirements they have to fulfil to be integrated effectively and economically in the future energy system.

First working group meeting reaction routes in plasma catalysis and surface interactions

Working groups reaction routes in plasma catalysis and surface interaction had their first virtual meeting on September 13th, 2019. The meeting was attended by participants from Bochum, Berlin and Ulm.

Here, working group members of both groups decided to merge the groups. Moreover, possible cooperations between the different researchers were discussed.
