Description
Based on simulations and experiments, the H2O2-dependent biocatalysts rCviUPO and CypC are developed to perform better in plasma-assisted biocatalysis, which is evaluated by enzyme lifetime and total turnover number. By extending plasma-assisted biocatalysis beyond the comparatively stable plasma-derived species H2O2, we will pave the way for the utilisation of short-lived plasma species.
